Despite the name, AntiVirus actually covers more than just viruses. It also provides Anti-Spyware, Anti-Rootkit & web protection.
As far as the business versions go the only real difference between AVG AntiVirus and AVG Internet Security is the inclusion of an Anti-Spam client for desktop users within the AVG Internet Security version.
For Small business installations we recommend AVG Antivirus SBS Edition, this includes Anti-Spam protection for the E-Mail Server.
Home Vs Business
AVG Home editions offer a reliable and easy to use solution for home and small office users.
AVG Business editions offer additional protection for servers along with a remote administration tool allowing for easy remote deployment and management across the network.
Network Vs SBS
Unless you're a single person business the chances are you'll have more than one computer and probably a server or two in your organization that require AntiVirus protection, in which case you should be looking at the business packages.
The only real differences between the Network edition and the SBS edition are the inclusion of email server and SharePoint server protection within the SBS edition.
